I have two years of experience working as a customer service agent in a call center in Casablanca, supporting a UK-based project. This role helped me develop strong communication skills, especially in English, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of interactions in a professional and efficient way.

In addition, I have provided private English lessons, which allowed me to help others improve their language skills while strengthening my own ability to explain concepts clearly. I’m also comfortable offering translation services between English and Arabic.

Alongside this, I have a strong passion for fitness and have been training consistently for nearly 10 years. I’ve coached several individuals in weight training and calisthenics, helping them improve their performance and build effective routines. While I don’t hold a formal certification, I’m self-taught and have developed solid knowledge in training and nutrition through years of hands-on experience.
