My internship at Love Stories, an advertising agency, gave me the chance to learn how creative concepts evolve into communication projects in reality. Before producing any visual or message, I gained an understanding of the importance of knowing a brand's identity, the concepts of branding, content creation, social media strategy and client communication. This experience built my creativity, and my strategic thinking as well as my organization skills - to react to various client needs.

At The Nest Restaurant in Ifrane, I was in charge of the restaurant's Instagram page and assisting them in their online presence. My roles were story creation and posting, reels filming, answering customer inquiries, and making sure the audience stays engaged and active. It was a fantastic experience that helped me gain greater insights into social media management, the customer experience and how to create content in a more practical way in the food and hospitality sector.
