The Vision
Do you have a passion for the world of novels and the Arabic literary scene? I am a fiction author looking for a mature, reliable Brand Partner to help protect and grow my image. This is a long-term collaboration designed for someone who values professionalism, understands Arabic cultural nuances, and wants a high-impact role that fits into a busy schedule.
Key Responsibilities
The "Buffer" (Engagement): Manage Instagram DMs and comments twice a week. You will be the voice of the brand—ensuring readers feel heard while maintaining a professional distance (Gatekeeping).
Influencer Accountability: Follow up with BookTok/Bookgram collaborators to ensure agreements are respected. You will handle the "nudging" and logistics so I can stay focused on writing.
Content Stewardship: Assist in turning the author's strategic ideas into simple, high-quality IG posts, reels, or carousels (focusing on quality over frequency).
Strategic Sounding Board: Join a brief weekly sync to challenge the author's plans, clarify objectives, and align on the upcoming week.
Ideal Profile
Mature Communicator: You know how to be warm yet firm. You understand the difference between being "accessible" and "arrogant" in our culture.
Self-Managed: You don't need someone to remind you of tasks. You take ownership.

The Logistics
