• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• coordinate with the team to Design, build, and maintain social media presence of clients.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the team to Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
• Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
• Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs
